Cancellation Policy

Reflection period:

Up to 24 hours after making the booking, the booking can be cancelled
and no cancellation fees will be charged, with the exception of
last-minute bookings made 48 hours before the date of arrival.

Cancel:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the date of arrival.
• If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, you must pay the full amount to us.
